-- CLSA 15th China Forum, to be held May 17-19, 2010 at the Grand Hyatt
hotel in Shanghai. Management is scheduled to present at 2:00 pm local
time on Tuesday, May 18, and meet with institutional investors
throughout the day.
-- J.P. Morgan China Conference 2010, to be held June 9-11, 2010 at the
Grand Hyatt hotel in Beijing. The Company's CEO, Roberta Lipson, has
been invited to speak in the panel discussion entitled, "China's
Healthcare Reform -- One Year Later" at 12:00 pm local time on Friday,
June 11th, and is scheduled to meet with institutional investors
throughout the day.
